Erdogan highlights peace during new year message

Turkiye will not hold back from applying the iron fist in order to realise its anti-terrorist dream, president Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Tuesday. “We will work hard to make our terror-free Turkiye and terror-free region dream a reality,” Erdogan promised in his new year’s video message. “We are working hard for this, the new direction that will be a part of this,” Erdogan said, referencing the recent attempt by his government to stop 40 years of terror in Turkiye.
