The Foreign Ministry announced that Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan, will attend the inauguration ceremony of Iran’s President-elect, Masoud Pezeshkian, on Tuesday in Tehran, Turkish media reports. “Our Minister will visit Tehran on July 30, 2024, to attend the inauguration ceremony of Iran’s President-elect Masoud Pezeshkian,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday. According to the report, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, formally endorsed Masoud Pezeshkian as the country’s new President on Sunday, weeks after his victory in the presidential election.
