Turkiye’s foreign minister said on Wednesday that his country can be part of the guarantor mechanism that Ankara proposed last year, if an agreement on a two-state solution can be reached, Anadolu has reported. Hakan Fidan warned, though, that without the immediate implementation of the two-state solution, a fourth Gaza war is inevitable. “We will be entangled perpetually in conflicts,” he said. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has another agenda, added Fidan. “A ceasefire in Palestine doesn’t align [with Netanyahu’s political objectives].” READ: Palestine welcomes China’s demand to enable PA’s rule over West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalem
